Our focus is furthering the achievement of the Goodwill Mission through improved retail sales and profits. Granite Bay Sales will accomplish this goal by supplying high value/low cost "New Goods" and merchandising expertise to applicable Goodwill retail locations and through the optimization of commercial donation opportunities
Fulfilling the objective:
- Granite Bay Sales will constantly seek the best buying opportunities in close-outs and other high value/low cost merchandise.
- Granite Bay Sales will continually improve the merchandising model for the "New Goods" section it is creating for applicable Goodwill retail locations.
- Granite Bay Sales will enhance the current Donated Goods sales program through retailing synergies with the New Goods Program.
- Granite Bay Sales will "partner" with Goodwill to insure mutual fulfillment of goals -- sales volume, profits, merchandising approach, etc.
- GBS Recovery Services will constantly seek the best liquidation opportunities for local commercial donations.
- GBS Recovery Services will strive to enhance local commercial donation volume, revenue and profit.
