Hand Carved Fish and Bears

Each item is hand carved from one solid piece of seasoned hardwood, allowing even the most detailed parts to display the unique grain throughout the whole carving. Power tools have not been used in any way in the making of these products. This ensures that each piece is one of a kind and cannot be duplicated. The sanding and finishing is also done completely by hand. High Sierra Woodcarvings brings this time-honored tradition to your home or office.

We carry the 15 - 23 inch bears in eight different poses. Some hang or drape off a shelf or mantel. Others are made to hold items such as wine bottles, flags or signs.

All of the fish are free standing and can be displayed on a shelf with the nose up or down. They also make great trophies for tournaments if you attach them to a wood or metal base. We have three styles of the 22 inch trout - natural, stained or painted and the painted 28 inch bass.
